Attendance at the Friday Night Social is No Additional Cost to Brothers or Guests
Pizza and Non-Alcoholic Beverages will be provided, as well as S'mores and a Fire Pit
Business Sessions and Registration

The Legislative Committee is looking for proposals to improve the function of the Province and govern activities more easily. We value your input and will present your proposal, in addition to the Committee's recommendation, during the business session at the Fall Assembly. Should you have multiple suggestions, please submit a new form for each proposed amendment. All questions and concerns can be directed to our Parliamentarian at mep.parliamentarian@gmail.com. Please review the current Mountain East Province Local Ordinances and submit proposals for amendments to our Local Ordinances as you see necessary.
Legislative Proposal submissions are due October 18th at midnight.
The Resolutions Committee is accepting resolutions for the upcoming assembly. This form will remain open until the start of the afternoon business session. Should you have multiple resolutions to submit, please complete a new form for each. All questions and concerns can be directed to our Parliamentarian at mep.parliamentarian@gmail.com.
Resolution Proposals shall remain open until the end of the morning business session.
